TOEFL Speaking Questions – Sample response

Cabo de Gata in southern Spain is my favorite place because it is on the sea.

I have fond memories of this place since my family had holidays there every summer when I was a small child.

Actually, Cabo de Gata is a popular holiday destination because it is a natural park.

So, it has protected areas for birds and learning centres where a person can find out more about the ecology of the area.

The bird sanctuary is a fantastic place that has a peaceful atmosphere, and you can see the most incredible species of birds and other wildlife there.

Another aspect of this place that I really enjoy is the fact that it combines all of the features of the landscape that I love the most.

I mean, you can look at the mountains from the beach because the park is located on the coast, and it is near geological formations of volcanic rock.
